In 2019, as the Vice Presdient of the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science(SACNAS) Napa Valley College. I had the opportunity to attend the National Conference.

I had the opportunity to attend the research poster presentations, hear from other chapters and learn from their successful leadership. 

I attended alongside our SACNAS Chapter Advisor Luis Alcazar and other SACNAS club board members.
